200hr Yoga Teacher Training
Hybrid Hatha–Yin Approach
Rooted in Hatha Yoga, gentle Kripalu style with a strong introduction to Yin, and shaped by my background in dance, and embodied movement arts. These create a holistic practice that balances structure with flow, discipline with creativity while honoring the core competencies of YOGA.
With over 16 years as a movement teacher and dance artist — and thousands of hours guiding students around the world — I bring a depth of practice that extends far beyond certification.
Lived experience will always transcend theory.
This training is not only about meeting standards; it is about embodying them. I offer you the core competencies required to become a professional-level yoga teacher, supported by nearly two decades of real-world teaching experience.
From international wellness festivals and corporate contracts to owning a studio in Canada and now founding my own yoga school, I’ve lived the path I teach.
If you’re ready to step into your voice, your skill, and your leadership — come study with me.
